Our team recognises the importance of industry Codes of Practice and compliance requirements and has a strong understanding and heritage in applying their principles

1.The Precisia Life Sciences team has established understanding, experience and insight into the principles, application, implications and sanctions embedded in global Pharmaceutical industry Codes of Practice and related guidance on:

a. Collaborative Working between the NHS, healthcare organisations and pharmaceutical companies in the UK

b. Collaboration between charities and pharmaceutical companies in the UK

c. Compliance with Industry Codes of Conduct

d. Working with healthcare professionals and

e. Disclosure.

b.UK Medicines Act(s) -Human Medicines Regulations 2012 (2012 No. 1916), as amended

c. European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industry Associations (EFPIA) Code

d.EU Directive -Directive 2001/83/EC on the Community Code relating to medicinal products for human use, as amended by Directive 2004/27/EC

e. International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA) Code

f. Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) Codes and Guidelines and

g. The role of WHO-World Health Organisation’s Ethical Criteria for Medicinal Drug Promotion

3.Led by Chief Medical Officer, Life Sciences, Dr Sheuli Porkess and Director of Life Science Partnerships, Carolyn Heaney, Precisia Life Sciences is committed to supporting:
